Black Adam trailer: Batman and Superman in the new DC movie trailer

Is Black Adam better than the heroes of the Justice League? This is the question posed by the new teaser for the film worn by Dwayne Johnson, with references to Batman, Superman or Wonder Woman…

“Long before the world of heroes and villains, one power ruled over everything: Black Adam!” Thus begins the latest Black Adam trailer of the DC film worn by Dwayne Johnson, in which Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) will return. Because it is the instigator of the Suicide Squad who introduces these new images, while Wonder Woman and Aquaman make an appearance, as well as Harley Quinn, Batman’s Batarang and the Superman logo.

A way, for the feature film by Jaume Collet-Serra, who had already directed Dwayne Johnson in Jungle Cruise, to remind that it fits well into the DC universe initiated by Man of Steel, and not those of Joker or The Batman. A data that is undoubtedly clear for the most attentive fans, especially since Black Adam was mentioned in the first Shazam!, of which he is the nemesis. But that should be reminded to the general public, while the different branches of the universe are multiplying.

Black Adam Trailer: BLACK ADAM Vs SUPERMAN ?

Having received his powers five millennia before our era, Black Adam is therefore the first superhero (or super-villain) of the DC universe on the chronological level, and he could well do battle with the members of the Justice League if the ‘we rely on the beginning of this teaser. But the images in question are made up of shots from Batman v Superman, Aquaman or Birds of Prey, and not the feature film expected on October 19 in our theaters.

There is therefore little chance that one of these heroes will pass a head in the film, even if a rumor speaks of a cameo of Superman, already present in the very last scene of Shazam!… but not in the features of Henry Cavill, replaced by a stuntman whose head was hidden. What is certain, however, is that Black Adam will face the Justice Society of America, ancestor of the Justice League in the comic books.

And he will notably cross paths with Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell), Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo) and Dr. Fate to whom Pierce Brosnan will lend his features. For the rest, go to the cinema in just under a month.
